Processing of personal data


Vikset Anna Bryk-Czernik (Administrator) will process personal data in a fair and lawful manner and only to the extent necessary to fulfill the obligations between you and Vikset or due to local legal obligations, such as obligations in connection with the Polish Accounting Act.


Vikset will store Personal Data in such a form that it will be possible to identify the subject of Personal Data.


In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: the GDPR), I inform that:


The administrator of your personal data is:


Vikset MS sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Zielona Góra at ul.Sulechowska1, 65-001 Zielona Góra, NIP: 9731069790, REGON: 080087533, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.


Your personal data will be processed in order to implement contracts between you and the Administrator. The implementation of the contract is also understood as the use by each party of claims under it. In addition, pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 point c) Your personal data will be processed in order to fulfill all legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, in particular those resulting from art. 74 of the Accounting Act.


The personal data provided by you is a condition for the conclusion and implementation of contracts between you and the Administrator. You are obliged to provide them, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to conclude and execute such contracts.


Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner in the sense of the GDPR.


Sending personal data


The recipient of your personal data will be: accountants, auditors, lawyers, couriers, Polish post, payment service providers, banks, persons and entities cooperating with the Service Provider, which are necessary for the performance of contracts between you and the Administrator and for the performance of your duties legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator.


Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area.


The time of processing and storage of personal data


Your personal data will be processed for the period required for pursuing claims by the parties, and for the period required by law, in particular the Accounting Act. And if the processing of personal data is based on consent, they will be processed until it is withdrawn.


Your rights


You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to oppose, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing takes place at based on consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.


You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Inspector General for Personal Data Protection or the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), when you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR.
